When we do not recognize when a season of transition is upon us, we are left feeling frustrated and confused. We must know there is a purpose in transition, and it is meant for us to grab ahold of the upgrades, new identity, mindsets, creativity, and resources available for us.

About Matt & Des
The Gonzales’ have spent the last two decades helping university students, ministers, and leaders get breakthrough in their lives. They are the founders of Kingdom Culture Ministries, a non-profit organization that specializes in speaking, training, consulting, and resourcing leaders in building kingdom culture in their churches and marketplaces. Their wide range of experience with leadership development, life coaching, and strategic advising has given them unique leadership insights and perspectives for coaching and consulting organizations and leaders.
Matt has a diverse background in leadership development, coaching, and consulting, where he has helped several businesses and organizations with their branding, marketing, and overall persona. Additionally, he is a certified life coach with CLC Life Coach Training Institute and was a consultant with Sky Sage Consulting LLC. Matt has a passion and unique ability to position others for success and is an international speaker and prophetic minister who has been serving in ministry for two decades and is known for his strong word of knowledge and prophetic gifting as well as his ability to equip and activate a culture where everyone can hear the voice of God. He is frequently called upon as a prophetic voice and consultant to churches and leaders around the world on topics including: developing a healthy prophetic culture, personal destiny development, interpersonal relations, and creating thriving work environments.
Deseree has a degree in business administration from California State University Sacramento, and is a partner in Zorb Carwashes, LLC. She is a gifted communicator who specializes in developing an organizational structure that will enhance productivity and streamline business operations. In addition, Deseree has a passion to see individuals come into the understanding of their God-given identity and to walk in the freedom that Christ paid for.
Together, they specialize in helping business and ministry leaders clarify their direction and vision by recognizing obstacles and overcoming mindsets that limit success. They help clients build their personal and business identities and give practical steps on how to take an organization to the next level of success.
